Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, just let us know within 7 days from the date you receive your order. and we’re happy to process your enquiry
To get the ball rolling, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
- Email address used to place the order
- Current shipping address (for exchanges)
- Which items you wish to return (or exchange) and the specific reason why
- Please allow 2 weeks to process your equiry after the date that we receive the package. Note also the following:
All products returned must be unused unopened and shipped in the original packaging Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back product(s) to us for returns There are no refunds on items damaged or lost during shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier Products purchased through an authorized reseller need to be processed through that same reseller
We ship worldwide via DHL, USPS, and UPS. Shipping times for the default International Standard Shipping vary depending on your location and the speed of your local postal carrier once the package reaches your country. We recommend selecting DHL Packet Plus Shipping, as the cost is not much more than Standard Shipping, but is faster and more reliable. For the quickest service, select one of the expedited UPS options.
International shipping duties
Each country has its own set of regulations regarding taxes and duties for imports into the country. Please note the following:
- Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
- These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
- We do not issue any refunds for customs fees or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees
- We have no way of estimating customs fees or duties given the wide variation in regulations on this matter among different countries.
- Please be sure to contact your local customs or post office for specifics on the amount of fees or duties that may be charged for your order, if any.
Our customers love our products and we want to make sure that never changes! If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order, simply send an email to email@example.com detailing the issue and include a few photos. While we can in our sole discretion reject warranty claims, such as for abuse of our policies, under almost all circumstances you’ll have a brand new product shipped out to you ASAP. It’s really that easy! Just think of it as our thanks for all of your support.*
